Return and refund policy

At LYVIX, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under certain conditions.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return. This period complies with current legal requirements, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal for European customers.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Non-refundable items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Cosmetics opened or used.

Underwear and personal hygiene items.

Sale or promotional items.

Carefully wrap the item and enclose the return slip (if provided).

Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part (faulty or defective product).
